All ERP Maestro clients are provided Support services at no additional charge based on our standard User Subscription Agreement and Fee schedule. Support includes Training aids (User Guide, FAQs, etc.) as well as problem resolution.  Our clients can initiate and track their Problem resolution support (“support ticket”) in real time by accessing support.erpmaestro.com.  So, while our Support team can see everything in one place, our clients have the flexibility to initiate a support ticket via the following communication channels:

Telephone Support (866-350-9106, Option 2)
Email Support support@erpmaestro.zendesk.com
