# Does the platform have an option to indicate certain users as Subject Matter Experts? Can we enable discussions moderated by Subject Matter Experts?

Yes, Lessonly allows for specific users to be &quot;experts&quot; in specific lessons. If any Lessonly user has a question about that specific lesson, it will be routed to the designated expert.  Lessonly also allows for a content creator role, which enables users to update, maintain, and create new lessons in their area of expertise.
