Yes, this is true. People don't want to communicate with stupid and primitive algorithms, which are called bots. That is why Odus develops its artificial intelligence and natural language understanding (NLU). According to The Verge, more than 100 million smart speakers such as Alexa, Google Assistant, Yandex Alice, and others have already been sold over the world. Voice and speech interfaces are no longer the future, but the reality.
