<p>Congrats on getting the Ambassadar ! :)</p><p>I no longer work in anyone's company, but those clients that I do work with, I keep them engaged by sending a Monday positive quote and appropriate memes with some strategy suggestions they an implement if they want to until our monthly call.  On special days for each client I will send a personal voice msg.</p><p>I they love it and respond with emojis or other memes.  Keeps things human since all of my work is remote.</p>

I love that Gloria! That's such a great point about keeping things human, especially since we're noticing such a trend in automation. Those extra steps to make your clients feel the personal outreach are super special.
