# Spam

How best can you filter spam mails, I sometimes feel there are important mail that shouldn't be redirected to my spam box, so most times I clear my spam box without checking. Is there a way users can determine which spam is more important

Comb through and be diligent about marking emails as spam, and marking any good emails that go to your spam as not-spam. Also use filters to organize email as it comes in. I never really have issues with good emails going to spam, but it may be because the AI has learned how to categorize my emails since I've had my account for so many years.
