# What is your email editor like?

This is a rather vague question -- if you had a more specific question, it would be easier to answer. However, I can tell  you that the email editor is generally intuitive and user-friendly, especially for anyone who is used to using other software programs like Word, etc.  No programming knowledge is required, the user guides are easy to use and understand, and customer service is very helpful, if you need to go that far.  (In addition, if you DO happen to have some familiarity with HTML-type programming, you can often make additional customizations to the templates beyond what is offered in the platform's standard editor.)
