# Snitcher: helpful for prospecting, but do you wish it showed exactly who visited?

I like being able to see who has been researching us, since it helps with prospecting and focusing on the right leads. The downside is it doesn’t say who, exactly, has been looking at us. Still, knowing whether we’re being looked up matters a lot as we restart our go to market. How are others handling the lack of exact visitor identity, and is it still useful for your lead focus?

I’m still finding it useful because the batches of info let me understand visitor behavior and catch leads that haven’t converted yet, so sales can get ahead of outreach before someone contacts us. My main friction is in segmentation: I can’t sort ascending or descending, and I can’t search for a specific company, which slows down particular searches.
