# Can I run my short code campaign on Bandwidth?

You can! But there are a few things to take note of: while we’re able to power short codes here at Bandwidth, we don’t lease or sell them to our customers. Instead, we encourage our customers to use toll-free numbers for the one-way communications that have traditionally been handled by short codes.  Using toll-free numbers for one-way texts (like pin codes or notifications) comes with a number of customer experience benefits such as lower cost, easier follow-ups, and shorter times to provision.
