Essentials has a guided set up tour when you start your free 14-day trial, as well as step-by-step instructions for connecting your email, setting up your sales process and uploading your data. All-in-all, you can get up and running with Salesforce the same day you start your trial, without assistance from an admin or technical support. You'll also have access to tutorials from Trailhead, the fun way to learn Salesforce, which is integrated into the Essentials product to help you learn as you go.
