We offer 3 onboarding packages (set up and training) so that customers can opt into which works best for their business. Standard onboarding is best for customers starting from scratch with no data to be imported. The Hippo team trains the users to enter the data and use the software. Standard onboarding starts at $500.

For customers moving from one CMMS to Hippo or have Excel lists of data to be imported, we offer Enhanced Onboarding - Enhanced Onboarding starts at $750.

Hippo also offers Premium Onboarding where we send an engineer to the customer's facility and we take a full inventory of equipment and assets, and set up the preventive maintenance program from start to finish with images, floor plans, manuals, etc. Premium Onboarding fees depend on size of the facility and number of assets to inventoried. Speak with a Hippo Solutions Expert for a quote.

Hippo customers should be prepared to spend $1000 for onboarding; it is an awesome service where we ensure that our users learn the software and how to best use its features. Onboarding typically takes 30 days.
