All data sent to or from Attendify is encrypted in transit using 256-bit encryption. Strict privacy controls exist in our application code to ensure data privacy and prevent one customer from accessing another customer’s data. We store our data in multi-tenant datastores on Amazon and Rackspace, both of which are GDPR-compliant. Attendify acts as a data processor, and we require new users to review and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which outlines how we process that data and that organizations collecting data must also be compliant with GDPR.
