Gradelink employees security measures to protect your data. Here are a few areas:

PHYSICAL DATA STORAGE:
While most systems rent space in a data center, the hardware which the data is saved on is shared by other companies so of one of those companies get hacked, your data is on the same disk.

Gradelink uses a Co-Lo, which means not only is the data saved in multiple offsite locations, but your data is saved on a disk that is NOT shared with other companies.

Your data is protected by state-of-the-art enterprise-class physical and firewall security so you know your data is always safe.

DATABASE SECURITY
Each school receives their own database instance. Your database is not shared with other schools so that there is NO chance of your data being accessed by another school.

ENCRYPTION
Your data is protected against hackers with secure socket layer encryption (SSL) on every page.

INDIVIDUAL USER ACCESS, PASSWORDS, AND LOCKOUTS
Administrators can choose which modules individual users can access. They can also choose how long the passwords need to be and how long before a password expires.
