No. Klient PSA is built natively on Salesforce, and the Salesforce platform license required to run it is included in the Klient PSA subscription — so you do not need to buy a separate Salesforce subscription to get started.

If you are already a Salesforce customer, it installs into your existing org and your PSA data sits alongside your pipeline on the same records.

Either way there is one platform to administer, one security model, and one reporting layer.
