To add an account to Salesforce Authenticator, you can do the following:
Download and install the Salesforce Authenticator app on your mobile device
Log in to Salesforce
Go to your personal settings
Under My Personal Information, go to Advanced User Details
Click Connect next to App Registration: Salesforce Authenticator
You may be prompted to log in to your account or verify your identity
A verification code will be sent to your email address
Enter the code and click Verify
Open the Salesforce Authenticator app and tap Add
Enter the two-word phrase generated by the app in the Two-Word Phrase field
Click Connect
A green checkmark will appear to indicate that you have successfully added the Salesforce Authenticator
You can also add Salesforce Authenticator in your Account Information if you're logged into Account Manager. To do this, click Add next to Multi-Factor Verification
