I found the best way to learn was by "playing" around with it. Trying to figure it out on my own. With each new release it becomes easier and easier to use. I used to be on the phone all the time asking for DPs to build reports etc but now with Easy Report Builder it takes no time.

Whether you're at the beginning of your search for donor management software, or getting ready to make a decision soon, we have a team of regional account managers that can assist you. You'll find them to be helpful and informative, without being aggressive. They take a consultative approach based on your needs, and recommend a solution that is right for you, including the possibility that DonorPerfect may not be the right fit. It's all based on what is right for your organization. By contacting our account managers, they can provide a no-cost needs assessment. If you both agree DonorPerfect is the right fit, they'll be happy to provide you a one-on-one personal demonstration at your convenience, or invite you to attend a twice-weekly pre-scheduled group demo. They can also provide a no-obligation custom price quote, materials for you to share with other decision makers, references based on your mission, size or location, and even set you up with a free trial system.
