# Can I remove staff who terminate during the planning cycle?

Yes, we have a special "logical delete" capability.   We have a checkbox for “Blocked”. Simply check this box. The employee is effectively removed from the planning cycle.  This is a safe form of removal.  Should you later discover the wrong employee was removed, simply uncheck the box and you are good to go.
