# Can we move staff between managers AFTER the planning cycle has gone live? How will this impact the budget of the receiving manager?

Yes, we have a dynamic process.  Moving an employee will make them immediately available under the new manager.  Moves like this often result in an after process reconciliation of budgets. We address this by moving the money with the people. The budgets for both managers will adjust with the move.
