# RUN Powered by ADP: Great 24/7 support, but how do you handle slow logins and maintenance?

I like that RUN Powered by ADP has a live representative available 24/7 who is responsive and can solve most questions without routing me elsewhere. It helps me manage payroll, time, and attendance, including manual payroll adjustments, deductions, and tracking taxes (including SUI rates), plus hourly time and PTO or sick time. My main frustration is long loading times, login screens that keep loading or run into issues, and weekend maintenance that can disrupt work. Have you found any ways to reduce login/loading problems or plan around maintenance?
