For us, we have grown in Capital funding ever year since we have had the program.  Our ability to show where and what is the back log and show where and what has been accomplished has given us transparency to our Board and community.  Financially we have grown from getting $4 million a year in Capital funds to an average current amount of $18 million,  Starting 2023, we are expecting to receive $55 million a year.  A huge improvement over past years all due to this program being able to show the details.  Our Board is drastically wanting to lower and/or reduce the backlog.    This program has helped us with that effort.
