I personally don't care about the rewards that much, although sometimes (especially close to the holidays) they are appreciated.

For me, it's more like if I have a more profound experience with a particular product and if I'm in the mood to leave a review about it. Something has to trigger me emotionally usually - whether I get annoyed at some point of using something or get excited about it.

It's hard to say, the rewards are sometimes not worth it and other times they are incredible. A lot depends on what the review is about and how long have you been using the product - if you have been using it for a very long time, then it makes you feel like you should get an adequate reward for that if you leave a really in-depth review.

Hi Fedor,

A great response and I concur completely. It really does depend on the product/software, what one's particular experience has been with it and also how attached or familiar one can become with it.
