# Respond.io support is always available, but AI agent activation and workflow fit are issues

Respond.io’s support team has been consistently available and helpful when I need assistance. But the AI agent activation does not work for us, and the overall workflow does not match our company’s needs. Has anyone else run into AI agent activation problems or a workflow mismatch, and what did you do to make it work?

Hi Doaa, thanks for raising this. Good to hear our support team has been available for you.

AI agent activation and workflow mismatches usually come down to how the workflow is mapped to your team's actual process, not the AI itself failing. Common causes we see are trigger conditions that do not match business hours or handoff rules, or a workflow built around a different use case than what the team ends up using day to day.

We've raised this with our team, and someone will reach out to you soon to review the setup together and help get it working the way your team needs.
