# How Good Is Jive’s Uptime?

It is excellent.  We have been on GoToConnect (formerly Jive) for 14 months now and we have not had a single outage that can be attributed to them.  I would say 99.99% up-time.  Although we have not found that we need it, they offer a device called a "JBC" that is an emergency fall-back to land-based telephone lines anytime your devices (phones) go offline.
