# QuickBooks Online Advanced: how did you get up to speed with workflows and invoice uploads?

I’ve found the advanced features in QuickBooks Online Advanced, like workflows and bill or invoice uploads, really helpful, and the higher plan seems to include more useful options overall. At the same time, it takes time to understand the features and program choices, and I’ve run into limited integrations that often cost extra, plus a lack of support. The AI help has been beneficial for making the program easier to understand. What helped you learn it faster, and how are you handling integrations and support?
