# ¿Qué tan bien les funciona ServiceNow IT Service Management en móvil vs PC?

Lo que más valoro de ServiceNow IT Service Management es su versatilidad: la UI es intuitiva y es fácil integrarlo con otros software como Excel para presentar balances de los tickets ingresados. También es sencillo comunicarse con soporte si llega a surgir algún problema. Lo que me cuesta es que en la versión móvil se siente un poco pesado y el rendimiento no es tan óptimo como en PC. ¿A ustedes también les pasa en móvil y qué han hecho para mejorar la experiencia?
