You have to have an influencer status to be able to publish a cart. You can be a global influencer that allows all the mCart marketplaces to see you and recruit you, applying here https://affiliatenetwork.mcart.io/#/influencers/info  or go to each marketplace and apply only to that marketplace  https://xxx.mcart.io/publisher  (Ex: https://fxg.mcart.io/publisher)
