# Prospeo.io: easy to use and accurate, but what do you do when data isn’t available?

I’ve found Prospeo.io easy to use and the data accurate, and it’s helped solve my connectivity problem. The main challenge is when the data isn’t available, and I wish there were extra credits in those cases. How often do you run into missing data, and what’s worked for you to handle it?

I run into missing data fairly often, where a lead shows up but there’s no email or contact info, and I’ve noticed competitors sometimes have it. Prospeo is still easy to navigate and loads fast, so I can move quickly during onboarding without a lot of complicated steps. The AI feature helps keep lead finding direct, but I’ve struggled with the integrations being hard to set up.
