&lt;p&gt;I love Notion, and I live in it. I can keep everyone on track and filled in on the latest. A/B tests? No one has to ask - it&#39;s all there. Project plan? BOOM! Technical document requests? Organized and triaged. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I also track my meetings on Notion, so if I have questions, I know where to look. I integrate it with my Google Docs/Sheets, and it&#39;s so easy.&lt;/p&gt;

I&#39;m so tempted by Notion. My coworker chose Monday.com as our tool before I joined the company, and while I still think Monday is better for project planning, Notion seems to be so great!

&lt;p&gt;Trello!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In a way, I re-discovered it after I took a course. The course what not related to Trello per-se, but the teacher showed how she used it in her workflow. That made me dive back in :-)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I now use it for my music projects, my client work and my personal agenda.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I also get reminders if needed, so no more forgetting what I should do during the day :-)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is very old school but I make a list on paper of the most important things I have to do during the day and check it off as I do them.  This avoids snoozing reminders and moving things into folders, which I have to admit to doing especially when I&#39;m in the flow of work.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Well I have tried many of such awesome tools. But I will mention by 2 best tools for the year currently -&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;TexAU and HexoSpark.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Really awesome tools and great for productivity hack category!&lt;/p&gt;
