# Problems starting Amazon Chime.

My problem is that sometimes I find it difficult to start Amazon Chime, it gets stuck in Starting, and I have to close it and open it several times to make it work.

I have had the same issue previously. I reinstalled the application on my laptop and used Chrome if I had to join through the browser and it seemed to help. Hope this helps!
