# PRnews.io pricing: how do you handle added payment fees after a budget is approved?

I registered online, selected articles, and got a budget approved internally, but after sending the final list I was told there would be an additional 20% payment fee for transaction costs and that details would come later. That puts me in a tough spot since I cannot change the confirmed budget, and EU regulations require clients to see a final price. Have you run into extra fees being added after approval, and how did you handle it with your management?
