Can you make your videos viewable only be certain people?

Yes, you can enter in specific email addresses or even company domains for the people you want to be able to view your video. If someone who does not have access to your video gets their hands on the link to the video, they need to request permission to view it. Think of this functionality like the google doc sharing permissions - works the same way.
