# Please add a button to easily copy all the emails from the reviewers

There should be a an easier way of simply creating another version without having to input all of the reviewer's emails again, I'm sending to the same people I shouldn't have to loose so much time typing them all again for each version

Hi Lucia, when creating a new proof version, it should automatically copy all of the previous reviewers: https://help.ziflow.com/en/articles/5688683-uploading-new-versions-for-review, and you also have the opportunity to amend any existing stage settings or edit the reviewers list.
