Yes, you can absolutely keep your existing number. Contact us to transfer your existing number from your current telephone carrier to Dixa (known as porting). We take care of everything, and it costs an additional $6 per month per number for the first 12 months. In some countries it can take some time, but we’ll let you know what to expect. We’d love for you to be able to transfer it instantly and free of charge, however, unfortunately we don’t make the rules!
