One of the benefits of using ThunderTix is that you are able to work with your own preferred payment gateway for credit card processing. Having your own payment gateway means that all proceeds will be directly deposited to your preferred checking account nightly. You'll never have to wait to access ticket proceeds!

In addition, you'll get three other benefits to your own gateway. First, it's a direct relationship between you and the processor. That means that we don't mark up the cost of credit card processing to act as a middle man which ultimately saves you money! 

Second, when a patron reviews their bank statement weeks or months after their purchase, they'll be more likely to recognize the name of your organization than if they were to see "ThunderTIx". Chargebacks and payment disputes occur from not recognizing the name of the company far after an event takes place.

Finally, you'll have complete control over your own voids, refunds, and exchanges! Process them if you want to as needed depending on your own policies.
