&lt;p&gt;Another great question – my responses are below!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(1) What decisions or actions stood out as major achievements for you?&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;   –I got a job at G2 :) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(2) What risks did you take (stepping out of your comfort zone)?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;   –I met with an interview coach to help sharpen my skills and tell my story in a more memorable way. He really helped me in several different ways as I was going through a transition.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(3) How did you grow this year? What did you learn about yourself?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;   –I would say I added a few notches to my resilience and persistent belts. I spent the first few months of 2024 as a professional job seeker, after never really going through any kind of prolonged stretch like that in my entire career. But now that I&#39;m on the other side and so fortunate to be in such a great role, I have a really renewed sense of gratitude. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(4) What were your best days this year (most happy, fulfilled, relaxed etc.) and how can you replicate more of those days in 2025?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;–My favorite days of 2024 were probably the three I spent in Banff. How do I get more of those in 2025? Take care of business and get the next vacation scheduled!&lt;/p&gt;
