# PandaDoc annual contracts: how do you handle pricing and getting out if it’s not working?

I’ve found PandaDoc overpriced, and the annual contract feels hard to exit. Customer service has been a major frustration, and I haven’t seen clear benefits compared with what Google can do now. For anyone who’s used PandaDoc, how did you evaluate whether it was worth the cost, and what was your experience with support and contract terms?
