Our culturally fit team quickly adapts to the client requirements. To first get a hands-on experience on the client customers, traffic, product information and so on, we launch a 3 – month Pilot Plan. This consists of 3 – 5 agents who are trained on the requisites. If we meet the targets, we Go-Live and proceed with Scaling and Coverage (if needed) procedures.
