# What kinds of notifications will I receive when my customer is interacting with the content I send?

When your recipeints begin interacting with content, you wil receive notifications via email as well as your PointDrive Insights Dashboard. In addition to date, time, location, and device type, we track a number of different engagement metrics.  For documents, you will see how many pages (or slides) were viewed, the time spent on each page (or slide), and whether the recipient downloaded the asset in addition to viewing it.  For videos, we track how much of the video was viewed.  For links, we track clickthroughs to each site or location. We also now have the ability to track when recipients FORWARD the PointDrive presentation to other members of their team.
