Notification sound is delayed or only comes after I open the app to check if anyone is online.

Hey Vikash, if you are still facing the issue please reach out to our Support Staff. 
If the issue is with your mobile app, please check if your phone does not have any additional battery-saving settings that might mute apps when in the background and with a low phone charge.
