# NodeMaven for residential proxies: how reliable is the IP quality filter in practice?

I compared NodeMaven with Bright Data, Smartproxy, and Oxylabs because I needed high-quality residential IPs and a reliable IP quality filter. So far, the main challenge has been slower customer support response times for technical issues, and live chat availability could be better. If you use NodeMaven, how has the IP quality filter held up for you, and what has your support experience been like?
