At Payfactors, we’re committed to making our platform the best it can possibly be — and one of the ways we do that is by getting to know our users and the challenges they face. “I think what sets Payfactors apart is the continual passion for client feedback in our entire process,” says Russ Wakelin, Chief Experience Officer at Payfactors. So, we’re constantly collecting thoughts from our clients. We’ve even created a specific function in our platform where they can submit ideas, leave comments, and recommend improvements. We regularly go through the feedback we’ve received from the frontlines and, every 3 weeks, make changes to our platform based on it. That’s right — we make real improvements to Payfactors, specifically rooted in our users’ thoughts, opinions, and needs, on a monthly basis.
