# NetSuite: Does the organized setup outweigh the slow performance at times?

I appreciate how organized NetSuite is, as it helps keep processes structured, efficient, and easy to follow. I've also had consistently positive experiences with their support team, which has been responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed. While the system can occasionally be slow, the strong organization, functionality, and quality customer support make it a valuable tool for managing day-to-day operations.
