No. Silverware POS has an intuitive graphical interface that many users find extremely easy to navigate. 

Adding a new menu item or changing a price takes mere minutes and can be done in the middle of a busy meal period. Train new servers in a half hour and let them practice in a &quot;training mode&quot;. Reports are thorough and easy to see on screen until you find the exact one you want.
