# My nonprofit status is pending, can I start using the nonprofit features on Bonfire?

You can start using all of the standard features of our site to sell apparel and raise money, but for legal/privacy reasons we cannot offer access to supporter lists or reduced cost donations until your status is confirmed by the IRS. Once you have your status confirmed you will gain access to historical lists of your supporters.
