# MSG91: Great delivery and easy API setup, but how do you handle slow reporting?

We have had an excellent message delivery rate with MSG91, and the API setup feels very developer-friendly with clear pricing. OTPs and notifications arrive without latency, and we use it to automate staff duty schedules, shift cancellation alerts, and internal care team notifications, which has reduced manual labor. The main struggle is the admin dashboard reporting panel being slow and not handling huge data files well, plus live chat responses could be faster. How are others dealing with reporting performance and support response times?
