# More than one owner of a task - can they share the one task item?

If there is more than one person put in charge of a task, instead of them making indivudal ones for their boards, can one task be made and the multiple ownership designated, but what ever happens to that (status update, notes, etc.) - everyone who has a responsibility to that task will see the same information.

Absolutely. There will be a small plus sign next to person #1 and you can add additional people there.

Hi Jon - yes you can assign a task to more than one person. How I have done it in the past was to create additional "People"  columns.
