Trakstar has features that allow the administrator to "set it and forget it". The reviews and email notifications can be triggered automatically in regular intervals. The timing and language of the emails are fully customizable as well. The most successful administrators of Trakstar log in periodically to check on review status reports and keep the org chart up to date.
