# Can Mail Chimp Integrate to SFDC so that sales reps can see emails that have been sent to contacts via MailChimp?

Yes you can. It looks like there is an additional app required to act as the 2-way sync as the default is a 1-way sync (Salesforce --> MailChimp).

At a high level, the app described allows you to do two main things:

1) Automated information push from Salesforce to MailChimp through sales agent actions.
2) Automated information push from MailChimp to Salesforce regarding email engagement directly to the account / contact record.

Hi there! With the Salesforce Integration by Beaufort 12, you can view and track most interactions directly within Salesforce, including which emails have been sent to and opened by specific contacts.
