# Look Digital Signage: How important is offline playback and remote management for you?

Look Digital Signage has helped keep information flowing without interruptions, especially with remote management and offline playback when the internet drops. Centralized screen management has also saved admin time, reduced information errors, and improved communication across locations. The main challenge is the lack of a dedicated mobile app, since making quick CMS changes from a phone browser can be slow when working on-field.
