# Look Digital Signage for a single location: how do you keep the dashboard simple?

We replaced four physical menu boards with digital screens, and now price changes and specials can be updated in minutes while staying on brand with a saved template. Dayparting has been helpful too, like automatically switching to an afternoon drinks menu after 2PM, and we can instantly remove sold-out or seasonal items from a phone or laptop. The downside is the dashboard can feel crowded for a single-location café, with advanced tools we do not really need. If you run one location, how do you streamline the interface and focus on just the essentials?
