Yes, Geopointe supports the following languages:
English (this is the default language for the application)
Finnish
French
German
Italian
Japanese
Norwegian
Portuguese (Brazil)
Russian
Spanish
Swedish
Please note that language support is only available on the end user pages (e.g. Map page in Salesforce Classic, Lightning Experience and Salesforce mobile app). The Geopointe Setup pages (for admins) are in English only.
